This Privacy Policy explains how the PW Void community project (“we”, “us”) collects and uses information when you visit pwvoid.com, create an account, play on our private server, vote, donate, or use panel tools.

PW Void is a community-run private server, not a registered company. We operate the website and game services with volunteer staff.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may process:

• Account data — username, email, password hash, role assignments, ban status
• Game data — characters, inventory snapshots, guild membership, in-game actions logged by the server
• Technical data — IP address, browser user-agent, session cookies, vote fingerprint cookies
• Donation records — PayPal order IDs, amounts, timestamps, delivery status (we do not store card numbers)
• Support & moderation data — tickets, admin notes, chat logs where moderation applies

We keep account and game data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterward for backups, dispute resolution, and abuse prevention. Donation and payment logs may be retained for accounting and chargeback defense. Logs may be rotated or purged as storage requires.

We apply reasonable technical measures (hashed passwords, HTTPS, access controls). No online service is perfectly secure. Report suspected breaches to staff immediately.

9. Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child provided personal data without parental consent, contact us to request deletion.

10. Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting staff. We may need to retain certain records for legal, security, or donation-dispute purposes. You may decline our visitor notice, but you will not be able to use the website.
